Ever since our 15 y/o daughter was a toddler, we have been making annual summer trips from Vermont to hike and take in the breath taking surroundings of the Grand Tetons. This past summer, realizing that this place was so much a part of our lives, we decided to look for a place here to call our home away from home. When we met David, we immediately felt that our aspirations were understood. It was evident that he really understood the intricacies of the Real Estate market, and because he is well know in the community for his other endeavors (check out the Mangy Moose/Spicy Margarita), he was well connected with other helpful people (lawyers, property management companies, ect.) We found David very patient, honest, professional and easy to relate to. Not only did he show us properties that matched our expectations, but also took the time to point out important things about the area, and shared information from the perspective of a well informed local. He was able to get us through a property purchase process painlessly, even though we were closing the deal from Vermont. I wanted to buy a place in the Jackson Hole area but didn’t know a realtor there. By luck, I randomly called David Yoder. He was extremely nice and helped educate me on the various areas. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and showed me places in Jackson, Wilson and Teton Village until I finally decided what worked best for my family. I did not have a chance to purchase a home with David as we ultimately decided not to stay in Jackson long term but here is what I can say: David is super knowledgeable of the area, was a joy to tour with (he’s a pretty funny guy), and was looking out for our best interests while helping us find a short term rental solution.
